Hosting Solutions:
- If managed without WidesWeb. You only assist in purchasing and setting up hosting.
- Once login credentials are handed over, the customer is responsible for managing their hosting environment, security, backups, renewals, and payments
- You disclaim liability for downtime, data loss, missed renewals, or billing issues after handover.
- Customers must manage their own relationship with the hosting provider if the hosting provider outside of WidestWeb company.
7. Third-Party Links
You understand that the Website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services (collectively, the “Third-Party Services”) that WidestWeb does not own, operate, or control. You acknowledge and agree that:
- WidestWeb is not responsible or liable for the content, policies, or practices of any Third-Party Services.
- The inclusion of any Third-Party Services within the Website does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or affiliation by WidestWeb.
- Your use of any Third-Party Services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and conditions provided by the relevant third party.
8. Affiliate Program
If you choose to participate in our Affiliate Program, your participation is subject to separate Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions, which govern eligibility, application, commissions, and termination. By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with those additional terms.
Eligibility:
Affiliates must meet certain requirements, including:
100+ average stream viewers, or streaming at least 2 times per week
1,000+ followers on social media (e.g., Instagram, X, TikTok)
3,000+ average views on videos (e.g., YouTube, TikTok)
At least one international receivable payment method (e.g., PayPal, Wise, bank transfer)
We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject applications at our sole discretion.
Application & Approval:
- Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
- Until approved, affiliate links will remain inactive.
Affiliate Obligations:
- Affiliates must promote WidestWeb lawfully, ethically, and without misleading claims.
- Spamming, fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation of services is strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure requirements. This means affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship whenever they promote our services (for example, noting that they may earn a commission through their link).
- Affiliates may not engage in conduct that could reasonably be seen as defamatory, harassing, or damaging to the reputation or goodwill of WidestWeb. Any such behavior may result in immediate termination of the affiliate relationship and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Commissions & Payments:
- Commissions are tracked through our tracking system (cookies, affiliate links, or similar).
- Payments are made via supported methods (e.g., PayPal, Wise, bank transfer).
- Minimum payout thresholds, payment timelines, and any applicable fees will be communicated upon approval.
- Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details; WidestWeb is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect information.
Termination:
- We may suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time, with or without cause.
- Unpaid commissions may be withheld if fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity is detected.
Affiliate Limitation of Liability & Governing Law:
- WidestWeb is not responsible for lost commissions due to tracking errors, downtime, or technical issues.
- Participation in the Affiliate Program is at the affiliate’s own risk.
- The Affiliate Program is governed under the same laws as these Terms of Use.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malaysia for any disputes arising out of your use of the Website.
10. Miscellaneous
- If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and WidestWeb regarding your use of the Website.
